We collect the information you provide when using APEX Global Risk Intelligence: email address, company name, portfolio profile (markets, asset classes), and usage data (scans performed, timestamps). We do not collect financial account data, trading positions, or AUM figures.
Data is processed to: deliver geopolitical risk intelligence assessments, send confirmation and service emails, manage subscription access, and improve the quality of GRE-001 risk assessments.
Processing is based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / nDSG Art. 31) for service delivery, and legitimate interest for service improvement. Marketing communications are sent only with explicit consent (DOI confirmation).
Account and lead data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting info@cesaranogilbert.com.
Under GDPR and Swiss nDSG, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact info@cesaranogilbert.com to exercise these rights.
We use: Stripe (payment processing, Ireland/US), Resend (email delivery, US), and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) for risk assessment generation. All providers operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
